Rickie Fowler leads by two with a round

to go in Abu Dhabi

FROM SKYSPORTS.COM
World No 6 Rickie Fowler carded a flawless 65 to take a two-shot lead into the final round of the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship.
Fowler had seven holes of his third round to complete on Sunday after lengthy fog delays on the previous two days and completed them in three under par thanks to birdies on the 13th, 16th and 18th.
"It was nice to move up and get myself in a good position to win this afternoon," said Fowler, who won his first European Tour title in the Scottish Open last year. "There's still a lot of work to do but the game feels good and I'm excited for the challenge ahead."
Fowler, who finished 66th in Abu Dhabi 12 months ago, added: "I definitely feel a lot more comfortable on the course than last year and I'm confident where the game is, but I'm going to have to earn this win because there are a lot of guys at the top of the leaderboard. It won't be easy."
Holland's Joost Luiten was Fowler's nearest challenger after recovering from a double bogey on the 12th and bogey on the 14th with two birdies and an eagle on the 18th to shoot a second consecutive 68.
Rory McIlroy dropped two shots in his first three holes before birdies on the 15th and 17th left the world No 3 sharing third place on 10 under with Thomas Pieters, Branden Grace, Byeong Hun An and Matthew Baldwin.
Ian Poulter, Henrik Stenson, Peter Hanson and Rafa Cabrera-Bello were a shot further back, with halfway leader Andy Sullivan five off the pace after struggling to a 74 and world No 1 Jordan Spieth - who completed his round in near-darkness on Saturday - on seven under.
