More rain, more misery at Aberdeenshire

courses

Another deluge of rain overnight Monday-Tuesday means Aberdeenshire golf courses are not getting the chance to dry out.
Here's today's (January 12) picture of the 13th fairway at Deeside Golf Club.
It's enough to make you weep ... but that would mean even more excess water!

Things must be bad with news today that Murcar Links is flooded in parts after the overnight rain and tomorrow's NE Alliance meeting has had to be switched to Buckpool on the "warmer and drier" Moray Firth coastline.

+You may not be able to play golf meantime at Deeside GC but director of golf Frank Coutts would like to remind you that his Pro Shop Sale is going on at the moment.

You do not have to be a member to take advantage of the bargains.
