RENFREWSHIRE GOLFERS REWARDED
In addition to
winning the Scottish Junior Champion of Champions and representing Scotland at
international level, his winning performance at Arbroath in the Scottish under
16 Championship was probably the highlight.
His scores of 65, 66, 69 and 65 added up to the lowest aggregate
recorded in the Championship in its 32 year history. Jamie, pictured, works hard on his game and had to be
persuaded to leave a dark golf course to receive his trophies. He had been unable to attend the annual prize
giving because of Scottish Golf commitments.
