YOUNG'S ALPS TOUR Q SCHOOL FINISH
COULD PERSUADE HIM TO TURN PRO
Perth's
Daniel Young could be set to relinquish his amateur status after
finishing joint 14th in the Alps Tour Final Qualifying School at La
Cala, Spain today (WED).
Young had rounds of 70, 73 and 70 for a two-under-par total of 215 over the resort's Par 72 and 71 courses.
He
finished eight shots behind the winner, Spain's Javier Gallegos but
will gain access to all the 2016 Alps Tour events which start on
February 9 with the Red Sea El Ein Bay Open at Sokhana Golf Club, Egypt.
