Liam Johnston just outside top 10 in European amateur  championship in Slovakia

Liam Johnston is the leading Scot in joint 12th place at the halfway stage of the European men's individual amateur championship at Penati Golf Resort, Slovakia.
Johnston has had rounds of 69 and 65 for 10-under-par 134. He is three shots behind the leader from England, Jamie Bower (Meltham) with scores o 66 and 65 for 131.
