Armstrong and McLevy tie for Midland 

 

Alliance opening victory at Blairgowrie

Burntisland assistant professional Craig Armstrong and Blairgowrie scratch amateur Tom McLevy tied for victory in the opening event of the Midland Golfers' Alliance 2015-16 season at Blairgowrie Golf Club today.

They both shot four-under-par 67s over the Lansdownie course.

Harry Grant, who plays off eight at Muckhart, won the top handicap prize with a net 67
