Hutch scores 9th win at Douglas Park with a 65

Greig Hutcheon chalked up his ninth win of the season on the Tartan Tour with a four-under-par 65 in today's Douglas Park Golf Club pro-am at Bearsden, Glasgow.
Hutch lifted the £1,116 first prize by one shot from joint runners-up Chris Currie (Caldwell) and Paul McKechnie (Braid Hills) who earned £781 apiece for their 66s.
Hutcheon had birdies at the first, second, sixth, eighth, 10th and 16th in halves of 31 (three under) and 34 (one under). The Paul Lawrie Golf Centre player had bogeys at the fourth and 14th. 
He has now earned £26,003 from PGA in Scotland events this season.
Lee Harper (Flow Golf) led the host club's No 5 team to victory in the pro-am team event. They were: Quentin Ali (handicap 17), Sekander Sidiqui (17) and Adam Sidiqui (8). They had a best ball team net score of 17-under-par 138
