Greer wins Lanarkshire boys' spring meeting on countback
 

Graeme Greer of Carluke won the Lanarkshire boys' spring meeting today at Carnwath with a scratch score of 71, one over par. 

He won by virtue of a better inward nine from Lewis Caddell of Drumpellier and Andrew Thomson of Lanark. 

Kieran McVicar of East Kilbride and David Fair of Strathaven came next with scores of 72. 

The handicap section was won by  Alan Galloway of Lanark with a fantastic nett 58 off a handicap of 20. Runner-up was John Slater of Lanark with a nett 65 off 18.
