KYLE GODSMAN SCORES FIFTH NORTH ALLIANCE 

WIN OF THE SEASON AT MUIR OF ORD
 
Moray Golf Club amateur Kyle Godsman won for the third time in February and the fifth for the North Scottish Alliance 2014-15 season with a two-under-par 66 at Muir of Ord Golf club on Saturday.

Godsman, pictured, from Hopeman, has also finished second on three occasions.

His birdies came at the sixth, eighth, 15th and 18th, dropping shots at the seventh and 17th in halves of 34-32.
Godsman won by three strokes from joint runner-ups Jeff Wright (Forres) and Torvean's Robert Stewart.
Wright did, however, managed improve his best aggregate total by one shot in what was the penultimate counter. He now trails Godsman by four (398-402).
Alliance secretary Alan Cowie (Lossiemouth) won Class 2 Handicap with a net 66 off eight. Handicap cut obviously called for!
