James White's shares scheme to meet Alps Tour costs

Having regained full playing rights on The Alps Tour for 2015 my aim is to finish in the top five of the end of season money list which would gain a Challenge Tour card for 2016.
To have the best chance it is important to fully commit to the Alps Tour Schedule which means playing in around 17-21 events which are mainly held in Europe.
The tour is going to follow a fairly similar course to last year’s which means that to be able to compete I will need to cover costs of around £17,500
There are also some opportunities to complete on the Europro Tour in the UK during breaks in The Alps Tour Schedule.

In order to help me to cover these costs and to commit fully to the Alps Tour schedule for 2015 I am selling shares in myself whereby shareholders will gain a return of my on course earnings. Each share will cost £50.
The percentage return will be 75% of all tournament earnings back to the shareholders and I will retain 25% to be reinvested for future tournament expenses. Note shares will be capped to a maximum of 400 for 2015.

SPECIAL OFFERS

In addition to the shareholder’s return by way of dividend I am also running some special offers. These include:

·       Each shareholder, if they so wish, will be listed on the Shareholders page of my website www.jameswhitegolf.com

·       If 10 or more (£500) shares are bought you gain the entry of one free team (of four players) into the James White Golf Day held at Lundin Golf Club on Monday 13th April 2015 (normal entry fee £200).

·       If 20 or more (£1,000) shares are bought you can gain advertising for 2015 on the sponsor’s page of my website. www.jameswhitegolf.com/id15.html

·       If 40 or more (£2,000) shares are bought you can advertise your company on my golf clothing or equipment for the 2015 season ie. front of cap.

In order to approximately estimate the on course earnings available on The Alps Tour for the 2015 season (before deducting withholding tax) and using the 2014 final money list as a guide:

·   *    If I finished in the top 5, total prize money fund is likely to be between €20,000- €35,000.

·   *    If I finished 6th– 10th total prize money is likely to be around €15,000.

·   *    If I finish between 11th– 25th it would likely be between €10,000 and €15,000.
