ONE ROUND TO GO AT CORAL SPRINGS

BRANDON MATTHEWS STILL LEADING 

DIXIE AMATEUR IN FLORIDA

CORAL SPRINGS, Florida  — Long-time leader Brandon Matthews and his closer pursuer Drew Czuchry matched blows on Sunday, both firing rounds of two-under-par 70 at Heron Bay Golf Club to occupy  the 1 and 2 positions respectively going into the final round of the 83rd Dixie Amateur.
Matthews, a third-year student at Temple University, stands at 8-under 208 while Czuchry, student at Georgia Tech University, is at six-under 210. 

Anthony Gabriele shot 74 but still has a piece of third at 3-under 213 alongside  James Clark who made a huge move up the board with a low-round-of-the-day tying 68. 
A total of 75 players with aggregates of 10-over-par 226 and better qualified for Monday's fourth and final round will be played over TPC Eagle Trace.
 Only the following five players have 54-hole sub-par aggregates:
