LOMBARD TROPHY FINAL AT KING'S COURSE, GLENEAGLES

PANMURE PAIR FINISH FOURTH 
 
Panmure Golf Club professional Andrew Crerar and amateur Craig McKinlay finished fourth on 13-under-par 129 (64-65) in the Lombard Trophy Grand Final over the King's Course, Gleneagles today.
Crerar earned £4,000 for their good effort - which included birdies at the first, third, sixth, ninth, 10th and 17th in the second round - which was seven shots behind the winners, Cornwall pair Richard O’Hanlon, the St Kew pro, and Andy Jones who swept to a three-shot victory with a 20-under-par total of 122 (63-59)
O'Hanlon earned £12,000.
Norman Huguet, the Musselburgh PGA pro, and his amateur partner Kevin Haggart finished joint 10th in the field of 16 pairs who had qualified through nationwide regional eliminators.
They totalled 136 (67-69) with Huguet earning £1,150.
