TWO ENGLISHMEN TIE FOR THIRD-ROUND LEAD IN COLOMBIA

CRAIG ROSS HITS FORM IN S AMERICA

Kirkhill's Craig Ross shot a one-under-par 71 - one of the lower scores in the third round of the South American men's open amateur championship but he will go into the fourth round in joint 26th place on 229 at Barranquilla Golf Club, Colombia.
Craig's earlier rounds were 77 and 81, so he improved a lot at the third attempt.
Leading Scot is Ellon's Adam Dunton in 2rd place on 227 after rounds of 78, 74 and 75 at this windy venue.
Two Englishmen are joint leaders on one-under-par 215 - Paul Howard (71-69-75) and Jimmy Mullen (66-77-72).
They are two shots clear of the international field of 65 players with 18 holes to play.
