MIDLAND ALLIANCE REPORT AND SCORES

The Midland Golfers’ Alliance held the JB Motors team competition at Blairgowrie Golf Club over the Lansdowne course. 

There was a tie for the first scratch prize between two amateurs, Stuart McKendrick (Dunkeld) and Edzell's Jim Watt, both on one over 72. 

Harry Grant, who plays off seven at Muckhart, won the handicap prize of the day with a net score of 70. Harry was also in the winning team of the day along with Roy Sinclair (Muckhart) (2), Hugh Cowbrough (Muckhart) (5) and Ian Henderson (Craigie Hill) (5). They had a net 58.
