Auchmill and Murcar Links drew 2 1/2-2 1/2 in an Aberdeen Pennant League match, sponsored by the Cults Hotel, at Auchmill this evening.
Portlethen had a comfortable home win over Hazlehead whose only half-point came from former Walker Cup player Sandy Pirie and Alan Macklin.
Northern, weakened by the Aberdeen Links championship competitions drawing away their best players, went down heavily, 4-1, at Banchory.
