PAUL FERRIER WINS $1,016 IN US MINI-TOUR EVENT

Rookie pro Paul Ferrier, the 2007 Scottish boys' match-play champion, won $1,016 for a joint 45th place finish in the E-Golf Professional Tour's Palmetto Hall Championship over 72 holes at Palmetto Hall Plantation Club, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina today (Sunday).
Ferrier, recently made an honorary member of Baberton Golf Club, Edinburgh, had rounds of 70, 72, 76 an d75 for five-overpar 293.
He finished 20 shots behind the winner of the top prize of $18,000, American Matt Hendrix who won by five shot with scores of 68, 67, 67 and 71.
