GUNN IN FIRING LINE WITH A ROUND TO GO IN ARIZONA
Dornoch exile Jimmy Gunn is lying joint second after two rounds of this week's 54-hole All-American Professional Golf Tour event at Longbow Golf Club, Mesa in Arizona.
Gunn has shot 64-68 for an eight-under-par tally of 132 which puts him level in second place with Scott Harrington (63-69) and Dan MNiernick (67-75).
Leading the field into the final round is Brian Vranesh with scores of 66 and 65 for 131.
There was a starting field of 117 players. Those with totals of 140 and better qualified for the final round.
This is Gunn's third start of the winter schedule. He has won $5,635 from joint fourth and joint sixth finishes.
