SIX SCOTS BREAK 70 AT Q SCHOOL

They're at the halfway point of the European Tour Qualifying School Stage 2 tournaments at four Spanish venues.
No cut as it looks likely that the figure to qualify from each venue for next month's Final text will be 17 players.
Six Scots - Wallace Booth (66), Steven O'Hara (66), Neil Fenwick (68), David Law (69), Jack Doherty (69) and Michael Stewart (69) - broke 70 on Day 2
The very good round by Booth (pictured above), with halves of 33, over the par-71 Las Colinas course at Alicante lifted LET player Carly's older brother, up to a share of sixth  place on 138 behind five players sharing the lead on 137.
Not doing so well at Las Colinas is Scott Henderson who had a 73 for 149 and is joint 65th.
Steven O'Hara's five-under-par 66 has improved his position at Lumine, Tarragona to a share of 17th place on 139, the same mark as Jack Doherty who had a second-round 69.
Elliot Saltman is languishing in joint 73rd place at Lumine after a 73 for 149.
Neil Fenwick's 68 after a birdie-birdie start to the day at El Valle, Murcia was 10 shots better than his first round but he needs at least another two sub-70 scores to have a chance.
The Dunbar man is sharing 43rd place on 146.
David Law is the best placed Scot at this venue after birdieing three of the first four holes on hiw ay to a 69 (34-35) to be lying sixth on 139, four shots off the pace.
Callum Macaulay slipped down to a share of 14th place on 141 with a 72 (35-37). Also at El Valle, Michael Stewart's 69, seven shots of an improvement, lifted him up to a share of 37th place on 145.
Paul Cormack is joint 55th on 147 after a 73.
Jamie McLeary is the only Scot inside the qualifying zone at the moment at El Saler, Valenice. He had a 73 for 145 and is joint 12th, four shots off the lead.
Graham Fox is sharing 31st place after a 75 for 148 - three shots better than Lloyd Saltman who had a second-round 72 to move up to joint 48th place.
Ross Kellett and Craig Matheson look out of the running at the halfway stage. Fortunately Ross had tied up a place on next season's Challenge Tour before his form shaded off.
Kellett is joint 68th on 158 after a 77 while Matheson is sharing 72nd place after a second 80 for 160.
