TAYLOR CUTS IT AT AUCHTERARDER PRO-AM

Bothwell Castle's Steven Taylor scored his first win of the season on the Tartan Tour with a three-under-par 66 in today's Blue Group pro-am at Auchterarder Golf Club Taylor had a bag of six birdies, five of them crammed into the space of seven holes from the ninth to the 15th. Taylor won by a couple of shots from David Orr (Mearns Castle) with Alan Lockhart (Ladybank) and Robert Arnott (Bishopbriggs) tied for third place on 69.
