BOTHWELL CASTLE EARN PROMOTION TO DIVISION ONE OF LANARKSHIRELEAGUE

Bothwell Castle Golf Club men's team won their last match of the season, at home against Airdrie GC by 8 games to 2 to win the Division 2 title and earn promotion to Division 1.

The team won Division 3 in 2011 and these successive league title wins mean that the team will play in Division 1 of the Lanarkshire League for the first time in over 40 years.
