BROOKES WINS MIDLAND ALLIANCE OVER FROSTY CHARLETON

Pitreavie professional Paul Brookes won the top scratch prize in the last Midland Golfers' Alliance competition of the year with a two-over-par score of 73 over a frosty Charleton course in Fife today.
He won by two shots from Crieff amateur Grant Jenkins whose net 71 off four won him the top amateur award by three strokes.
Next competion is at Lundin Golf Club, Fife on Tuesday, January 24.
