STRATHPEFFER MAN IS NORTH DISTRICT SENIORS CHAMPION

Strathpeffer's Michael Wilson today won the North District seniors' golf championship for the Macallan Trophy at Invergordon Golf Club.
Wilson shot a 71 - matching the CSS of the day - to win by a single stroke from runner-up Douglas Brodie (Nairn Dunbar) with Bert Nicholson (Royal Dornoch) third with a 74 in a field of 66.
