HAAS BEATS MAHAN AT THIRD HOLE OF PLAY-OFF AT ATLANTA

Americans Bill Haas and Hunter Mahan tied on 272 at the end of four rounds of the Tour Championship at Atlanta.
After the first two sudden-death play-off holes were halved, the third extra hole (the par-3 18th) was won by Haas with a par 3. Mahan was bunkered greenside and couldn't get up and down.
