CANADIAN LEADING QUALIFIER FOR EDEN TOURNAMENT

Canadian Gordon McGarva was the leading qualifier by five shots for the match-play stages of the Eden Tournament at St Andrews today (Tuesday).

He had rounds of 73 and 70 for 143.

Next best was Allister Raphael from Littlestone wit 73 and 75 for 148.
