NEIL MITCHELL RETAINS BRANGAN CUP AT DUFF HOUSE ROYAL

Thought I'd give you some info from Brangan Cup at Duff House Royal today (Saturday). It's the second event towards the North-east District Order of Merit.
Neil Mitchell (Bon Accord) successfully defended the title he won last year. He shot 68, 68 for 136.
Not sure who finished 2nd etc. Gordon Munro (Fraserburgh) led after Round 1 with a superb 64 but shot 73 in Second Round for 137.
I played with Neil and he battled well in dry but testing conditions due to a stiff wind. The golf course was in immaculate condition especially the greens.
