JAMES WHITE LEADS BY FOUR STROKES IN TENNANT CUP
Former Scottish boys' champion James White (Lundin) led by four shots from Philip McLean (Peterhead) at the halfway stage of the Tennant Cup yesterday.
He shot rounds of 69 and 68 for 137. McLean shared the first-round lead but a second-round 71 for 141 passed the initiative to the Fife player. CSS for both Saturday rounds was 74.
