Jordan Finlay trims Broch record with a nine-under 61

Scottish amateur championship runner-up Jordan Findlay stayed in good form and broke his home course record at Fraserburgh last night (Wed) with a nine-under-par round of 61..
The previous record of 62 was set by international team-mate and Fraserburgh greenkeeper Kris Niocl.
He was playing in the club's Wednesday medal just after 5pm in flat calm conditions with Andrew Hepburn and his brother Jonathan Findlay.
Findlay had nine birdies and nine pars. The birdies came at the second, third, sixth, eighth, 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th and 17th.
His scorecard read:

OUT: 4 3 3 4 3 4 3 3 4 - 31.
IN: 3 3 4 3 3 4 4 2 4 - 30
