Euan Douglas (Dunblane New) wins West boys' match-play

By COLIN FARQUHARSON
It has taken us a little while to get information from the recent West of Scotland boys' match-play championship to you, but, better late than never, here it is.
The championship was played at Grangemouth which you may think, as I did, is a strange East venue for a West tournament but apparently it was the Stirling Association's turn to host it and they selected Grangemouth.
Euan Douglas (Dunblane) won the title, beating Jonny Reid (Drumpellier) by 2 and 1 in the final.
