LOTHIANS SENIORS HAVE THEIR MOMENTS

 AT GLENBERVIE

Lothians golfers claimed the leading prizes at the Central Scotland Seniors Open tournament at Glenbervie Golf Club.
Alan O’Neill (West Lothian) won the top scratch award with two rounds of 72 – matching the CSS – for an aggregate of 144.
He won by one stroke from Lindsay Blair (Grangemouth) (73-72) and Ken Davidson (Musselburgh) (71-74) with George Blair (Haddington), Lindsay Gordon (Turnhouse), John McDonald (Cowglen) and David Gardner (Broomieknowe) joint fourth on 147.
Ken Davidson won the leading handicap prize by the comfortable margin of five shots with net scores of 67 and 70 for 137 off four of a handicap.
