Calling all North-east Golf Clubs

The North-east District have recently sent out letters and forms to all golf lubs in our area, requesting information on all their junior members in order that we can make up a data base of juniors in the North-east.
The lists will enable us to identify promising youngsters worthy of additional coaching and possible candidates for district boys' teams at Under-18, Under-16 and Under-14 levels.
It is vitally important that clubs return these census forms as soon as possible as failure to do so may result in their juniors missing out on coaching and/or representative matches.
We have been chasing up clubs to give us their returns and in many cases when we have contacted the junior conveners they haven't seen the original documentation.
