No play Tuesday in European boys' team championship

No play was possible today in what should have been the first qualifying round of the European boys' team championship at Bled Golf Club, Slovenia because of bad weather.
It is not clear from the championship website if this means that there will be only one stroke-play qualifying round - on Wednesday - or whether the whole week's programme has been cancelled because, as the website says ..." the future weather forecast."
All should be revealed by the European Golf Association on Wednesday. We have asked the ruling body for clarification of the ambiguous statement in broken English on the championship website.
