THREE TIE FOR CAWDER PRO

AM VICTORY WITH 67s

Three players - Derek Watters (Gourock), Stephen Gray (Hayston) and Robert Arnott ( Bishopbriggs Driving Range) - tied for first professional prize in the £7,500 Cawder Golf Club pro-am today.

They all hit the three-under-par 67 mark to earn £885 each.

Craig Waddell (Braid Hills) led the Royal Bank of Scotland amateur trio of David MacDonald (handicap 3), Graeme Johnston (9) and Kenneth Chisholm (14) to victory in the team event with a net total of 17 under par 123.
