WILLIAM BREMNER TO BE US COLLEGE
GOLF CAPTAIN IN 2008-2009
William Bremner from Edzell, beaten finalist in last year's Scottish boys' championship, has an outstanding first year (2007-2008) at John A Logan College in the United States.
The college golf coach has sent the following E-mail to Scottishgolfview.com

Wanted to let you know that William Bremner made All-American, Ping All-American, and All- Tournament after the recently completed National Tournament.
He also was named to the All Conference and All Region teams as well.
We finished eighth in the National Tournament, a bit of a disappointment for us as we had higher aspirations.
We did set new scoring records at our Regional Tournament and Conference Tournament. We also won eight tournaments and were ranked No. 2 for the year.
Will has been selected to be our Captain of next year’s team and he will be one of the best, I know.
