BANCHORY STUDENT JOINT 27th
IN SOUTHERN CHAMPIONSHIP
Scott Larkin from Banchory, a student at the College of Charleston, finished joint 27th in the Men's Southern Conference Championship at the Country Club of Carolina.
Scott scored 76, 74 and 76 for a total of 226 over a long course, 7062yd, with a par of 72.
Scott had three double bogeys over the three rounds, including a 6 at the par-4 fourth in his final round.
He finished 15 shots behind the winner by five strokes, Matt Cook (Western Carolina) with 75, 67 and 69 for five-under-211.
College of Charleston (873) finished runners-up to Tennessee-Chattanooga (865) in the team event.
