URQUHART FAILS TO QUALIFY WITH A 78

Northern Open champion Murray Urquhart from Inverness failed to survive the Dimension Data pro-am qualifier at Gardener Ross Golf Club, South Africa today.
He had a six-over-par round of 78 to finish joint 26th in a field of 53 behind Peter Kaensche (Norway) who led the field with a 68.
P H McIntyre (South Africa) was next best with a 69 and American Justin REgier finished third with a 70.
