AT THE LAST HOLE

Sam Torrance held his nerve to produce a magnificent up-and-down on the final hole to secure a one-stroke victory over José Rivero in the Bendinat London Seniors Masters at The London Golf Club.
It was the Scot's his second success in three editions of the over-50s tournament.
The former Ryder Cup captain from Ayrshire reached the 54th hole with a two-stroke lead but after driving into the water and missing the green left with his third shot, a play-off looked on the cards.
However, Torrance produced a majestic pitch that travelled 30 yards across the 18th green and finished three inches short of the cup, before tapping in for a round of two under par 70 and a winning 54 hole aggregate of 10-under 206.
Rivero, the Spanish former Ryder Cup player, closed in six under par 66 to finish one stroke back, while third place on 208 was shared by England's Carl Mason, a winner in Wales last week, and Eamonn Darcy of Ireland.
Rookie senior Ross Drummond from Prestwick finished sixth on 212 and Aberdonian John Chillas came joint 12th on 216
The glory, however, belonged to Torrance, who celebrated his first title of the season and the first in partnership with his son Daniel, who took over as his dad's full-time caddie four weeks ago.
"This was an important win for me, as I have made a slow start to the season and I want to win a third Order of Merit. Also it is extra special to do it with my son," said Torrance, after collecting a winner's cheque for £22,500 that will move him into the top 10 on the Order of Merit.
England's Martin Foster was also feeling flush after a hole-in-one at the seventh earned him a £10,000 travel voucher to South Africa from safari and golf holiday company Wedge & Wildlife and 159 bottles of Hardys wine.
