ELLIOT SALTMAN MISSES
CUT AT BOVEY CASTLE
AFTER DOUBLE BOGEYS

Elliot Saltman, pictured right, missed the 36-hole cut by two shots in the Bovey Castle Championship - this week's event on the PGA EuroPro Tour - near Newton Abbot, Devon.
The Dalkeith man had rounds of 72 and 74 for a six-over-par total of 146. He had a double-bogey 7 at the last hole in his first round and a double-bogey 5 at the short 11th in his second round.
Only three Scots made the cut - Anglo-Scot Alasdair Hay on 141 and Graham Gordon and Paul Doherty on 143.
