SGU SELECTORS LEAVE OUT LLOYD SALTMAN

Still to be confirmed by the Scottish Golf Union, but the news on the amateur golf grapevine is that Walker Cup player and 2005 Open championship leading amateur Lloyd Saltman (Craigielaw). pictured right, has been left out of the Scotland three-man team for the world men's amateur team championship for the Eisenhower Trophy at Stellenbosch Golf Club, South Africa from October 26 to 29.
The team is:

GEORGE MURRAY (Earlsferry Thistle)
RICHIE RAMSAY (Royal Aberdeen)
