PETERCULTER PRO-AM

CRAIG LEE WINS TOP PRIZE
Craig Lee birdied four of six holes from the 11th to win the top prize of £1,416 in the Aberdeen Petroleum Club pro-am at Peterculter Golf Club on Saturday.
A five-under-par round of 66 (34-32) saw him finish a shot ahead of five players, Tony Mackrell, Gordon Law, Jason McCreadie, Gary Collinson and Colin Nelson.
Lee birdied the fifth and sixth in a two-under-par outward half of 32. His only bogey of the day came at the 10th before he birdied the 11th, 12th, 14th and 16th.
Andrew Crerar (King James VI) lead the R B C Ltd trio of amateurs, Doug Sedge (17), Willie Rennie (13) and Brian Brown (18) to victory in the team event with a 22-under-par total of 120.
