Ashleigh Buhai, -12
My goal going out today was to get to double figures. Once I got it to 8, 9 and 10 under, I felt more comfortable and was able to put my foot down. I managed to hit it really close on the 15th hole to like a tap-in birdie, and had a good shot into 16, tucked pin and then holed the putt. The front nine I was really steady, I didn't hit many shots close. I birdied my second hole with a good wedge, and hit a few good putts. I'm trying not to keep thinking it's a Major; it's just another tournament. I'm really enjoying the way the golf course is playing. I think it helps that the conditions have just been so good and we haven't had to deal with too many elements.

I thought the British Open was a links golf course. I knew, but my image was everything links. I just wanted to make the cut. That's all. I’m a little nervous for the weekend. I want to get to double digits, at least 10-under.

Lizette Salas, -8
First hole, 25 feet. Second hole, three feet. Third hole, eight feet. Fourth hole, 12 feet. I was just in the zone. You know, I was frustrated after I didn't birdie the par-5 fourth, and my caddie is like, just remember, you're still 4-under. It's a good thing. Pars are great. It's a Major and not meant to be easy. We just kept a focused mentality. I feel like this course really sets up well for my shots, for my game, and I'm just trying to take advantage of it and hopefully it will suit me well for the weekend.

I really like the course. It's amazing to play it and in amazing shape, and the weather is pretty good, too. So I'm very much enjoying it. I feel like yesterday I also played pretty well, but I made a few too many mistakes and today it felt pretty nice to have a lot of birdie opportunities and no bogeys today, so that's always nice.

Bronte Law, -7
I hit some really good shots yesterday, and kind of didn't really make the most of it. Today, I holed some really good putts. Honestly, that's the key, really, making those putts when you need to. (Playing with Catriona Matthew) was like when you're younger at school and you're in front of the teacher so they can keep an eye on you. It felt a little bit like that, but I kept my focus out there. Obviously with it being a Major, the goal is to play well and it's not so much that I'm worried about Solheim, I have a job to do.

Charley Hull, -7
I started well but couldn't get the pace of the greens. I missed a few putts I should have holed for birdie. I made a couple of bogeys through 13 and 14 where I should have got up and down. I holed a few to finish, so ended on a positive. I sometimes like being the underdog. When I play Solheim Cup in America and the crowd is cheering against you, I always prefer that. I don't know why. I’ve just got to stay focused around here.

Georgia Hall, -6
I loved it. I had an early start so it was a quick turnaround. The weather was really good with not much wind, and again there were massive crowds. I'm playing better golf but it's awesome to be at home playing in England and having those people come out and support me. They are always behind me. Even when I hole a three- or four-footer, they are always cheering and saying, ‘Come on, Georgia’. That really helps my confidence I think. These greens are pretty tough. I missed quite a few putts today. I hit my irons quite close.
