SCOTTISH SENIOR MEN'S MATCH-PLAY AT TURRIFF GOLF CLUB

TOP SEED CLARK REACHES 

TURRIFF SEMI-FINALS

Second seed Ian Brotherston (Dumfries and County) lost in the second round of the Scottish senior men's match-play championship at Turriff today.
He was beaten 2 and 1 by Greg Mackie (Ladybank).
Top seed Ronnie Clark (Erskine) has still to play the last three holes in the match-play stages.
Clark was a 4 and 3 winner over Alan White (Newton Stewart) in the second round after a similar-margin victory in the opening round.
The semi-finals will tee off at 8.30 and 8.38 am on Friday.
The final will start at 1.30pm

R Lumsden (Edzell) bt G Tough (Edzell) 1 hole.
N Dyce (Strathmore) bt I Angus (Duff House Royal) 1 hole.

R Johnston (Glenbervie) bt I Kerr (Williamwood) 4 and 3.

QUARTER-FINALS

Dyce bt Dempsey 2 holes
