TAYLOR v DOCHERTY IN FINAL OF NORTH OF SCOTLAND WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP
Top seed Carinne Taylor (Nairn) is playing Ellie Docherty (Elgin) in this afternoon's scratch final of the North of Scotland women's championship at Elgin Golf Club.
Taylor beat Kimberley Beveridge (Aboyne) 3 and 1 in this morning's semi-finals while Docherty beat Caitlin Boa (Royal Dornoch) by one hole in the other tie.
The handicap final is between Debbie Bird (handicap 16) and Angela Grant (Brora) who has a handicap of 17.
In the semi-finals, Bird beat Alison Taylor (Kemnay) (20) at the 19th while Grant, who plays off 17, beat Rhianna MacKay (Royal Dornoch) (handicap 32) by one hole.
