Lanarkshire Men's County Championship.

Lewis Irvine of Kirkhill followed up his Cameron Corbett success of last week by winning the Lanarkshire Gents County Championship on Sunday at Carnwath Golf Club. Lewis had two excellent rounds of 67  66  133 to pip playing partner Dominic Dougan of Airdrie who shot 71  64  for 135. In third place was Chris Orr of Lanark who shot 67  70  for 137. The top eight available players will play for the Matchplay Championship on Monday to Wednesday this week at Carnwath.
