LAWRIE AND LOCKE FINISH OUTSIDE TOP 20 IN PALMARES CLASSIC II

Craig Lawrie (69-73) and Sam Locke (74-69) finished joint 21st and 23rd respectively in the Palmares Classic II tournament on the Algarve today (Thursday).
Lawrie's double bogey 5 at the par-3 third in his second round cost him a top-20 finish while Locke had six birdies in his second round.
England's Patrick Ruff, wih scores of 66 and 65 for 13-under-par 131 won the event by one stroke.

David Drysdale shot an opening 69 to be five shots behind first-round leader Victor Perez (France) in the Mauritius Open at Anahiti.
