Chris Robb qualifies for Q School Final
Stage in jt fifth place
Banchory's Chris Robb, playing out of Meldrum House Hotel, qualified in joint fifth place for the Final Stage of the European Tour Qualifying School.
In the 2nd Q Stage at Las Colinas Country Club, Alicante in Spain,
Robb had rounds 63, 71, 64 and 72 for a 14-under-par aggregate of 270 - one shot behind three players who tied for first place on 269 - Christian Braeunig (Germany), Santiago Tarrio Ben (Spain) and Chile's Felipe Aguilar.
Duncan Stewart from Grantown on Spey made it through in T13 position on 278 (71-69-67-68) but the third Scot in the field, Ross Kellett missed out in a share of 63rd position 293 with scores of 74, 79, 65 and 75.
The Final Stage will be played at Lumine Golf Club, Tarragona from November 10 to 15.
