Scots beat France to finish seventh in European senior mean's team championship

Scotland finished the European senior men's amateur team championship on a high with a 4-1 win over France in their final Flight A match at Diamond Country Club, Austria.
Germany beat Spain 3.5-1.5 to take the title.
Ireland were 3.5-1.5 winners over England to finish third, and Italy beate Sweden 4.5-0.5 to gain fifth place in the final standings.
The Scots finished seventh.

Good closing win by Scots senior women
Scotland also finished on a high in the European senior women's amateur team championship at Mont Garni Golf Club, Belgium.
They beat the Czech Republic 4-1 in their last Flight B match.
