O'Hara and Forsyth share first-place honours 

at West Linton with seven-under 131


Paul O'Hara (North Lanarkshire Leisure), the most successful player on the TartanTour this year, shared the honours with Alastair Forsyth (Mearns Castle) at the head of a field of 61 players in the 36-hole Order of Merit Challenge at West Linton Golf Club.
O'Hara had scores of 65 and 66 for seven-under 131 and halfway leader Forsyth matched that total with rounds of 62 and 69.
Both men earned £850, which boosted O'Hara's winnings this season to £13,222.
It was Paul's fourth win of the season and his 17th top-five finish. For Forsyth it was a third victory and a ninth top-five placing. He has won £7,521 this year.
They finished three shots clear of Graham Fox (Clydeway Golf) and Marc Owenson (Gullane) who shared third place on 134.
