EuroPro Tour event final round blown

away at Montrose

Strong winds, gusting up to 60 mph, forced the cancellation of the third and final round of the PGA EuroPro Tour event - The Eagle Orchid Scottish Masters - at Montrose Links today (Thursday).
Final placings and prize money allocation were decided over 36 holes with Chris Gane winning the £10,000 first prize with his total of 10-under-par 132.
Paul O'Hara, the leading Scot in joint sixth position on 135, earned £1,275.
Craig Ross (T10) earned £862.50 for sharing 10th place alongside Will Porter who, as an amateur, was not eligible to receive any prizemoney.
Sean Lawrie earned £65 for T15 on 137.
Paul McKechnie and Lloyd Saltman each received £380.45 for sharing 30th place on 139.
Craig Lawrie earned £330 for a 140 total and T41 placing.
Neil Fenwick and John Gallagher, joint 50th on 141, earned £270 each.
