Alastair Forsyth wins Ayr pro-am with a 67
Alastair Forsyth (Mearns Castle Golf Academy) won the £1,192 top pro prize in the Parkdean Resorts pro-am at Ayr Belleisle Golf Club. It was his first pro-am win of the year.

Forsyth, pictured, headed the individual field with a four-under-par round of 67, a shot ahead of Ross Leeds (Archerfield Links) with Neil Fenwick (Dunbar) third with a 69.
Sam Binning (Mearns Castle GA) led the winning "Lowmac Recycling" team of amateurs - John Trainer (handicap 14), Stuart Gwynne (12) and Andrew Smith (10) - to a two-stroke victory in the pro-am with a best-ball net 126.
