DUNDEE SENIORS' JT FOURTH FINISH AT

 

BUCHANAN CASTLE BETTER-BALL PAIRS

Craig Imlah (Craigielaw) and Steven Dunsmore (Falkirk Tryst) won the £300 first prize in the Tartan Tour's Senior Spring better-ball pairs tournament at Buchanan Castle Golf Club, Glasgow today (Thursday).

They dovetailed well to return a five-under-par score of 65 over the par-70, 6,133yd course and head a field of 10 pairs, aged 50 and over.

Ken Campbell (Ken Campbell Golf) and Fraser Mann (Carnoustie) shared second place with Stewart Savage (Dalmuir) and Craig Everett (Craig Everett Ltd) on the 66 mark. Both pairs earned £150.

The Dundee partnership of Andrew Crerar (Panmure) and Ken Hutton (Downfield) finished out of the money in joint fourth place on 69
